A customer's website or web service hosted by Total Team Management is considered to be all files (web pages, images, documents, etc.) and all resources (hardware and software) necessary to present the customer's web content to connecting web browsers.
Total Team Management uses a third party web hosting provider for storing and retrieving all website content. Our web hosting provider (www.godaddy.com) provides a state-of-the-art hosting facility. Total Team Management indemnifies itself from any network latency, outages or any other issues arising from our web host provider.
Websites (with the exception of customer provided content) are owned and protected by Total Team Management and cannot be replicated or transferred without the full cooperation of Total Team Management.
Content Information
Content information is considered to be all images, documents, files, database entries provided by our customers for making available on their website.
All content information must not contain ill, profanity, degrading or otherwise hurtful text or images. Total Team Management indemnifies itself from any content supplied by it's customers.
Content information cannot be transferred from our site without the written consent of Total Team Management.
As with Personal Information, we do not sell (loan, share or otherwise) content information.
Financial Information
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission to our secure payment agent (PAYPAL) by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. Total Team Management staff do not have access to your credit card numbers, bank accounts or PAYPAL accounts as this is all handled by our secure payment agent.
