myTTM - Essential Web Services for Minor Hockey Organizations

An important aspect of any minor hockey league is the game schedule as every team needs to know when and where they are playing. Additionally, league standings need to be accurate and up-to-date. The myTTM Game Schedules web service will allow you to easily create your league schedule and allow you to present it to your teams online. As games are played teams can securely enter game results and standings are automatically updated. Support for multiple game schedules is provided so that end of year playoff schedules can be produced.

System Setup

Our online administration module provides a complete toolset to allow the myTTM Game Schedules web service to be configured for your organization. This includes:

  • Defining organizational structure including leagues, associations/clubs, divisions, division categories and teams;
  • Assigning teams to schedule division categories and pools for playoffs;
  • Defining accounts for district, league and association/club representatives with either reporting or administrative permissions;
  • Importing schedules in CSV format from other game scheduling systems;
  • Maintaining schedules (game changes and updating game results);

User Access

Both team and representatives access the myTTM Game Schedules web service from your organization's website. Accounts are established via the administration module allowing users to login to make updates to the schedule.

Once logged in, teams can:

  • Enter game results for their own games that have been already played;
  • Upload game sheet when entering games results;
  • View all entered game results for their own games, including game sheets;
  • Display schedules for own team or entire organizaiton in formats HTML, Excel and PDF;
  • Display standings for own team's division or entire organization in formats HTML, Excel and PDF;

Representatives, once logged in, can:

  • View all entered game results and game sheets for teams related to their account (club, league or district);
  • Display schedules in formats HTML, Excel and PDF;
  • Display standings in formats HTML, Excel and PDF;
